The Egbe Omo Yoruba North America (EOYNA) celebrates its 30th Anniversary and Convention, in Vancouver, BC, Canada from August 8 – 11 2024. The event promises to bring together members of the Yoruba community from all walks of life and across North America for a weekend of celebration, cultural exchange, networking, and reflection.
Its going to be celebrating 30 years of unity and progress of EOYNA, which was established in 1994. It has been at the forefront of promoting Yoruba culture, heritage, and values among the diaspora in North America. Over the past three decades, EOYNA has played a pivotal role in fostering unity and solidarity among Yoruba people living in the region.
The event will serve as a significant platform for uniting and honouring the Yoruba community in North America, while also promoting cultural
exchange and fostering personal and professional growth.
The theme for this 30th Anniversary and National Convention is “Diaspora Engagement in the Development of Yorubaland: “A Time to Plant”.
