Benjamin Okoh, originally from Agbor, Delta State, grew up in Joyce-B and Felele areas of Ibadan, Oyo State. Life was going well for him. He studied at the University of Ibadan and married the love of his life, Bola, nee Madehin, from Oja Oba in Ibadan.
However, four years ago, he suffered multiple myeloma which affected his organs especially my kidney and liver.
“I really thank God; after eight circles of chemotherapy treatment costing about 8 million naira I went into remission,” he said.
“However, myeloma has affected my kidney. I am at a stage of renal failure stage five.
“I have been on dialysis for almost three years to stay alive. I do dialysis twice a week.”
Benjamin has reached his financial limits and is asking for help.
“My only option for a meaningful life is to have a kidney transplant. I need help to continue to stay alive.
“The cost of kidney transplant is really huge, l solicit your financial help.”

Benjamin is appealing for N30 million to do a kidney transplant at Carolina Medical Centre in Abuja.
His current dialysis centre is: Kidney Solutions, Gafar Close, Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja, Lagos, under supervision of a nephrologist, Dr Bodunrin, who is willing to give further information on his state of health.
