Barrister Abiodun Aribisala, the Founder and CEO of the Aribisala Care Foundation, an internationally acclaimed tax consultant, and a prominent member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Osun State, has applauded the federal government for its proposed N49.74 trillion 2025 budget. He commended the administration of President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Ministry of Works for prioritizing critical infrastructure development in the budget.
Aribisala particularly praised the allocation of funds for the rehabilitation of the Benin-Akure road, as well as the dualization of the Benin-Akure-Ilesha road. He noted that these projects, outlined in Phase I of the proposed infrastructure plan, demonstrate the government’s commitment to improving road networks and fostering economic growth across the country.
Highlighting the significance of these projects, the APC stalwart emphasized that improved road infrastructure would enhance transportation, reduce travel time, and promote trade and investment within the region. According to him, the dualization of the Benin-Akure-Ilesha road would also address long-standing safety concerns on the busy route.
In addition to the road projects, Barrister Aribisala acknowledged the government’s broader infrastructure development plans, which include significant funding for other critical sectors. He expressed optimism that these investments would accelerate national development and improve the standard of living for Nigerians.
The international tax consultant further commended the Ministry of Works for its strategic planning and efficient allocation of resources, which he described as a testament to the Tinubu administration’s dedication to addressing the nation’s infrastructural deficits.
He called on citizens to support the government’s efforts by embracing its policies and providing constructive feedback to ensure the successful implementation of the budget. According to him, such collaboration between the government and the people is essential for sustainable development.
Barrister Aribisala also urged other stakeholders, including private investors and development partners, to collaborate with the government in executing these projects. He reiterated his commitment to supporting initiatives that align with the vision of a better and more prosperous Nigeria.
