Wike insisted that he had the potential to deal with his critics. While calling them boys, he said he would not wait to “flog them with pepper.
The PDP leader spoke in tongues to amuse the crowd while noting that efforts by some party leaders to break his rank would end in futility.
The governor said this on Monday, September 5, during the inauguration of the Osisioma Flyover built by the Abia state governor, Okezie Ikpeazu, noting that those trying to flatten their resolve did not understand their modus operandi.
Who asks Wike to surrender everything to God?
He recalled the instances when Ikpeazu has asked him to leave the matter to God during a discussion, he asked Ikpeazu what he meant by that.
“Now that I know I have the capacity to flog these small boys and you want me to go and leave it for God. I am going to flog them pepper.
Anybody who doesn’t understand that let him know that I am not going to wait at all. All those ones who are talking in my state calm down, when we start campaigning, we will know who is who”, Wike said.
