Big Brother Naija Season 9 contestant, Chinwe, has expressed her frustration with her partner, Zion, and is considering ending their relationship following a heated altercation with fellow housemate, Onyeka.
The confrontation, which took place last night, nearly escalated into a physical fight but was defused when Zion intervened and pulled Chinwe away.
However, Chinwe, who felt unsupported by Zion during the altercation, later suggested that they should end their relationship and leave the show.
In a candid conversation with fellow housemate, DJ Flo, on Thursday night, Chinwe revealed her disappointment in Zion and hinted that their partnership may have run its course.
She mentioned that she had funded both of their entries into the show and regretted not bringing her best friend instead of Zion.
“I am tired and frustrated; I should have come here with my bestie. Now I know we are not compatible. I’m done and sick of it. I feel betrayed. Immediately I go upstairs, we will pack our bags and we go home,” Chinwe said.
Reflecting on the sacrifices she made for their participation in the show, Chinwe added, “From the first audition video we shot, I put it on my head. I paid for all the expenses; I paid for the ticket that brought us here. All he did was to make himself available. And now we are here, he’s throwing me under the bus to please others.”
Chinwe also stated that Zion needed the show’s platform more than she did, asserting her confidence in her ability to achieve success independently.
“Zion needs this platform more than I do. How much is the money? I’ll make the BBN cash prize before December. We’re breaking up today,” she declared.
