On Sunday morning, a fire broke out at the headquarters of Christ Embassy Church, situated in the Oregun area of Ikeja, Lagos State.
This incident was captured in multiple videos shared on social media platform X (formerly Twitter).
The Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service quickly responded to the scene, working diligently to control and extinguish the fire.
One user, Augustine (tweeting as @Chief_Augustin1), shared a video of the blaze and commented on the efforts of the fire service:
“Christ Embassy Church on Billings Way, Oregun, is on fire.
“Serious fire is raging, and men of the Lagos State Fire Service are working hard to put it off. Thank God service hasn’t commenced fully.”
