Niger State Governor, Umaru Bago, expresses deep sorrow over the passing of the Chief Imam of Minna, Mallam Ibrahim Isah Fari.
In a statement released by his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, the Governor described Mallam Isah Fari’s death as a significant loss to both the State and the entire Muslim community.
Governor Bago acknowledged that the late Imam was a humble individual and a peace ambassador who consistently preached love and unity.
He noted that Isah Fari lived a selfless and fulfilled life, dedicating himself to the propagation of Islam and that his wise counsel and advice would be greatly missed.
While extending condolences to the Minna Emirate, the family of the deceased, and the Muslim Ummah, Governor Umaru Bago prayed that Allah would grant the late Imam entry into Aljannat Firdausi.
He also prayed that the family of the late Chief Imam finds solace and strength in Allah to bear their loss.
