Nasarawa Governor, Engr. Abdullahi Sule has again appealed to stakeholders and other party loyalists to remain non-violent, free from provocative comments as the Court of Appeal adjudicates on the state’s gubernatorial election dispute today, Thursday, November 23.
In a statement issued by the Special Adviser to Governor Abdullahi Sule on Media and Publicity, Dr Nawani Aboki in Lafia, Wednesday evening, the governor said he awaits the verdict of the Appeal Court sitting in Abuja as he prepares to embrace the outcome with full confidence for the unity, peace and development of the state.

He called for continued prayer for victory that is buoyed by the spirit of forgiveness, even in the face of adversity, noting that he remains a symbol of grace and forgiveness.
He, however, called on the opposition party to tread the path of peaceful co-existence at this time of political tension, maintaining that security operatives have been mobilised to keep peace as trouble makers will be dealt with in line with the law of the land.
