Nigerian music star Davido has ignited online conversations with his bold claim that no city in the world can rival Lagos when it comes to nightlife.
Speaking during a recent episode of the Culture Knock Out (CKO) show, shared on Facebook on Wednesday, the Afrobeat singer was asked to name some fun spots to visit in Nigeria.
In response, he proudly pointed to Lagos and even invited the hosts to his residence in the city.

Davido emphasised that Lagos is full of vibrant locations where people can enjoy delicious meals and lively entertainment.
“There [are] so many interesting things to do in Lagos. We have amazing nightlife. I feel like we have the best nightlife in the world…,” he said.
His remark has drawn mixed reactions, with some fans praising his patriotism, while others believe cities like New York, London, or Dubai could rival or surpass Lagos in that aspect.
