HER Grace, Iya Aladura General, Dr Oluwaseye Yomi-Sholoye (JP), founder of the New Seraph Evangelical Ministries, has charged Nigerians to join hands in prayer for the country.
Iya Adura General stated this in her ministerial charge at the just-concluded Night of Divine Experience (NODE) 6.0, a three-day programme of the church, held from August 14 to 16, at The New Seraph Prayer City, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, New Seraph Bus Stop by Sapade overhead bridge, Ode-Remo, Ogun State.
Iya Adura General had also given the same charge during a press conference held towards NODE 6.0 on Tuesday, August 6.
Speaking on the theme, ‘Good News,’ as taken from the book of Isaiah 61:1, Iya Adura General noted that with patience and prayers, the situation of Nigeria will give the good news Nigerians anticipate and yearn for.
She likewise raised a special prayer for President Bola Tinubu. She also urged everyone to join hands in prayers for the leaders of Nigeria, just as the Bible teaches and charged leaders to lead with empathy, compassion, and wisdom through the Holy Spirit.
Iya Adura General reaffirmed that The New Seraph won’t stop supporting the government of President Tinubu with fervent prayers at all times.
NODE 6.0, the sixth edition of the annual prayer convention, tagged, ‘The Sixth Impression,’ attracted thousands, who trooped in from within and outside Nigeria to come witness God in His faithfulness.
The vigil had about 300,000 attendees on the final day of the programme, which started with a Youth Hour with ministrations from Prophet Labade Moses, Prophetess Oluwatoyin Dabiri, and a host of other anointed ministers of God.
The yearly gathering had many anointed ministers of God in attendance including Pastor Sam Ojo Authority, Pastor Ebunoluwa Seyi Bakare (JP), and Pastor Prophetess Deborah Loveth Aligbe (JP) (USA), amongst others.
The ministers at different points raised prayers for the country, interceding for God’s intervention on the national issues debilitating the country such as security, high cost of living, fuel scarcity, job and opportunities for the youths, among many others.
The power-packed revival had in attendance Royal Fathers, and government officials such as representatives of Ondo State Governor, Osun State Deputy Governor, Lagos State Chairman, Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Bishop S.T.V Adegbite (JP), among others.
Special song ministrations were led by Evang Dr Bola Are, Laolu Gbenjo, Ewa Kristi, Zion Lady, and The New Seraph Mass Choir, among others.
