

In an effort to bring joy and relief to individuals and households during the end of the year festivities, Falex Foundation has distributed food items aimed at alleviating the hardship faced by some communities in Osun State.
The people of Ijesa federal constituency comprising of Ilesa West, Ilesa East, Atakumosa West and Atakumosa East local government areas gathered at the Falex Foundation’s house, Obokun, to receive the food items at the weekend.

Speaking to journalists at the event, convener of the foundation, Dr Tunde Faleye, said the foundation distributed the food items so as to put smiles on the faces of the needy during the ongoing festive period.
Faleye said the initiative was to commemorate Christmas and New Year, as well as to alleviate the plights of the underprivileged in the area.
“It is all about reaching out and touching lives. That is the basis on which we have built this foundation because when you make people happy, God has a way of making you happy too. We have been doing this and we will keep doing it
“I am using this medium to appreciate God for answering my prayers and for assisting me to help others
“I will not relent in pursuing the welfare of my people, and I thank God for giving me the opportunity to distribute food items at this critical period,” Faleye said.”
One of the beneficiaries described Faleye as a bridge builder who always has the needy in mind.
