The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has completed the uploading of election results for three key wards in the Akoko North-East Local Government Area (LGA) of Ondo State ahead of the 2024 elections.
The successful upload included results from Oyinmo Ward 13, Edo Ward 12, and Iyometa Ward 9, which are crucial areas in the region.

In a significant development, the results from Oyinmo Ward 13, covering nine polling units, were the first to be uploaded. This was followed by Edo Ward 12, which accounted for 12 polling units.
The process concluded with the upload of results from Iyometa Ward 9, which included 8 polling units.The three wards, representing a significant portion of the Akoko North-East LGA, have a combined total of 29 polling units.
