Osun State Polytechnic (OSPOLY) has officially announced the date for the matriculation ceremony for its HND1, ND1, and NCE1 full-time students for the 2023/2024 academic session. The ceremony is scheduled to take place on the 16th of May, 2024, at the ETF hall, commencing at 11 am.
The management of OSPOLY emphasized that all duly registered students as of Monday, the 15th of April, 2024, are required to participate in the matriculation ceremony. It was stated that failure to register and subsequently matriculate would result in the forfeiture of admission and studentship.
To facilitate the ceremony, academic gowns will be made available for collection from the faculty officers starting from Monday, the 15th of April, 2024. It was further emphasized that all academic gowns collected for the event must be returned to the faculty officers by the close of work on Wednesday, the 17th of April, 2024.
The management also issued a stern warning that failure to return the academic gowns within the stipulated timeframe will result in a fine of ₦1000.00 per day of default. Additionally, further sanctions may be imposed, subject to review.
Students are urged to adhere strictly to the guidelines provided by the management to ensure a smooth and successful matriculation ceremony.
