The presidential candidate of the Labour Party in the February 15, 2023 presidential election, Peter Obi, has condemned the rulings of the Supreme Court, which affirmed the election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the winner of the election.
Obi stated this during a world press conference held at the Labour Party Presidential Campaign Office on Monday in Abuja.

He said the rulings of the apex court contradict the overwhelming evidence of election rigging, identity theft, and a false claim of technical hitch.
He added that the Supreme Court has transferred a moral burden from the courtroom to society.
He castigated the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for failing in the discharge of its official duty.
