A pro-All Progressives Congress group, the Lagos-4-Lagos Movement, has said it may seek the option of going to court if the report of the appeal panel on the ward congress in Lagos did not favour it.
The group had complained about the conduct of the ward congress in Lagos, maintaining that its members were disenfranchised.
The Lead Visioner of the Lagos-4-Lagos Movement, Abdul-Azeez Adediran, said in Ikeja that based on the report about the comportment of the panel and the plethora of evidence presented to it, his group expected a favourable recommendation from it (panel).
He maintained that the choice of seeking redress in court was still open to the pro-APC group if the panel’s decision was not favourable or failed to consider the facts before it on the ward congress.
Adediran, also known as Jandor, pointed out that the group owned the APC in Lagos since they (Lagos-4-Lagos Movement) were in the majority due to their numerical strength.
He said, “In the face of the reality on the ground, we own the party in Lagos because we are in the majority. We have got the numerical strength. We have the audience and we have the party. It is expected that the panel will do justice to all our presentations.”
