A prominent chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Osun State and member representing Oriade/Obokun Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Busayo Oluwole Oke, has congratulated Engr. Dr. Bolorunduro Kehinde, popularly known as Dr. BollyK, on the successful completion of his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program.
Hon. Oke, who also serves as Chairman of the House Committee on Foreign Affairs, lauded Dr. Kehinde’s academic feat as a remarkable milestone, describing it as a testament to his resilience, dedication, and pursuit of excellence.

Oke stated. “As you progress in your illustrious career, I wish you continued success and unparalleled accomplishments. Dr. Bolorunduro Kehinde, a Canada-based lecturer and indigene of Idaado community in Oriade Local Government Area of Osun State, earned his PhD in Water Resources and Environmental Engineering from the Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE). He is a proud alumnus of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, where he graduated in 2009 with a degree in Civil Engineering.
During his undergraduate years, Dr. Kehinde exhibited notable leadership qualities, serving as the Chief Justice of the LAUTECH Students’ Union Government under the Liberal Movement platform.
In 2016, he obtained a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (Water Resources and Environmental Engineering) from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife. He is the founder of Fobol Solutions, a civil engineering firm offering professional solutions in engineering design and consulting.
Dr. BollyK began his lecturing career at the Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi (FUAM), and later transferred to Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE). In 2023, he relocated to Canada to further his academic and professional pursuits.
A COREN-registered engineer and a member of the Nigerian Institution of Water Engineers, Dr. Kehinde is widely recognized for his intellectual contributions and strategic insight. He is also a mentee of Hon. Oluwole Oke and plays a key role as a strategist in the BOO Initiatives, a platform championing development and progress in Oriade/Obokun constituency.
Hon. Oke expressed confidence that Dr. Kehinde’s latest academic milestone would serve as a source of inspiration to aspiring scholars and young professionals across the state and beyond.
