President Bola Tinubu on Monday returned to Abuja after a four-day official trip to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, where he participated in the 37th Ordinary Session of the Assembly of Heads of State and Government of the African Union (AU).
He arrived at the Presidential Wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, at about 3:36 and was received by the Secretary to the Government of the Federal (SGF), Senator George Akume, along with other senior government officials.
They include his Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila; the National Security Adviser (NSA), Nuhu Ribadu; the Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodinma; the Minister of State for Defence, Bello Matawalle; and the National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Abdullah Ganduje.
Others were the Inspector-General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, and the Director-General of the Department of State Service (DSS), Yusuf Bichi, among others.
