Movie promoter-cum-actor, Elvis Alvin Ose has revealed that his commitment to nurturing talents in the movie industry stems from a deep-seated passion for both the art form and the desire to make a meaningful contribution to society.
His journey in the movie industry began in 2019 with a genuine love for the craft. His passion for storytelling, acting, and the creative process ignited his desire to not only pursue a career in acting but also to contribute to the growth and development of the industry as a whole.
For Ose, nurturing talents and providing opportunities for aspiring actors and filmmakers brings him a sense of personal fulfillment. Seeing the growth and success of the talents he has helped discover and nurture is deeply rewarding for him.
Speaking on some of his works, the actor who is also a real estate mogul has craved a niche for himself as a showbiz promoter and has featured in popular movies, comedy series, and skits, including, Oga and Boy, “Ogunmen”, “Black Cat”, “Mad Neighbours”, “Wahala Room Service”, and “Trouble Makers”, among others.
The Edo State-born actor is driven by the belief that nurturing talents in the movie industry adds value to the lives of both the individuals involved and society as a whole. By providing platforms for expression and growth, he believes he can positively impact the lives of many aspiring talents.
The graduate of the University of Benin, who recognises the importance of innovation and fresh talent in driving the movie industry forward, diversified into real estate as an agent in 2022 and has eventually become a real estate mogul today.
Through this development he has nurtured new talents, and contributes to the overall growth and dynamism of the industry, ensuring its continued relevance and vibrancy.
“It is truly not easy, but I am glad that I am achieving my dream of adding value to life and discovering talents. I am not bothered about the challenges. I am particular about the result. I am happy that several young talents have been discovered and they are also doing well in the industry,” he added.
Ose also acknowledged the inspiration and support he has received from mentors like the CEO of Slize Entertainment, Mr Ehimwenma Maxwell, and Nosa Rex, especially for their guidance and encouragement that have fueled his passion and commitment to nurturing talents in the movie industry.
