As part of her effort in raising hope and extending her gesture to Muslims during the ongoing Ramadan, popular actress and an ambassador of Wallex Estate Global Services, Mosunmola Adeleye, in conjunction with the company has taken up the responsibility to feed inmates of the Correctional Centre of Ilaro, Ogun State for the Ramadan period.
This gesture, according to the actress-cum-music producer, was borne out of the commitment of the real estate company to impacting society positively, just as she noted that her drive to put smiles on the faces of the needy was in tandem with the company’s focus.
“We are happy for the grace to have successfully embarked on this gesture. We have been feeding over 700 hundred inmates of the Ilaro Correctional Centre since the commencement of Ramadan with various kinds of food and we are not getting tired. We are doing this for the whole fasting period as a relief to break their fast daily.
“We have not only been feeding them, but the CEO of the real estate company, Alhaji Adewale Lawal, has also organised lectures that will change the orientation of the inmates, and also make them take a new leaf. It has been a lovely experience supporting inmates and I also want to urge other well-meaning Nigerians to take a cue from this so that the needy in the society can have a sense of belonging,” she added.
