These quick and easy fruits, yogurt and granola parfait cups are so delicious and flavor packed! Here’s how to make them:
Prepare the fruits: fruits like red apple, green apple, pear, seedless grape, coconut chips, dates, cashew nuts and banana. Dice them into smaller bits.
Assemble: To assemble the granola parfaits, add some yogurt into the bottom of your cups first. Don’t add all of the yogurt yet; you still need room in the glass for the other ingredients. At this point, you can add the fruits and other ingredients to the parfait. It is your choice; this is what makes your parfait so unique. You can add strawberry jam for some sweetness, cereal, oatmeal, granola or whatever you like. Repeat layers.
