Nigerians have taken to social media to react differently after the Court of Appeals made public the document containing the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) judgment.

Tribune Online reports that the court had earlier affirmed President Bola Tinubu as the winner of the February 25, 2023 presidential election.

Since the judgment was passed Wednesday, it has continued to generate mixed reactions from Nigerians on social media.

In a recent development, the Court of Appeal, via its official X (formerly Twitter) page, released the Certified True Copy (CTC) which contains details of the judgment to the public.

Following the release of the document, Nigerians have, however, taken to the post’s comment section to share their various perspectives about it release.

While some hail the Appeal Court over the development, others berate the court for releasing the documents days after the judgment has already been passed.

Reacting to the development, @ Drelmoatiku wrote, “After 5-6 days delivering judgment, you are just posting CTC after the hatchet job with TPLT. This level of inefficiency can only be tolerated in a nation designed for crime and anomalies.”

“After 5 days you are sharing a CTC link that should have been out within 24 hours of the Judgement. We already know what happened.” @soloawo opined.

@JaypeeGeneraI tweeted, “To download over 700 pages of technicalities? I have more important things to do!”

@kindave500 wrote,  “I don’t need it. Keep it in your archives for people who care about it.”

“Thank you for this. Thank you for judging right. Thank you for not getting intimidated by social media even when they were out against your families. Thank you.” @dimarokoji tweeted.

@honoye wrote, “Thank you. The wailers will keep on wailing.”
