We condemn in strongest and clear terms the character of Mr Tunde Balogun (APC, Lagos State Chairman), wanting to destroy our peaceful coexistence in Surulere, as report have it that Mr Tunde Balogun have submitted the name of Khadijat Omotayo to LASIEC, the lady that lost the Primary election to Olayiwola Abdulrahman Akeem in the concluded APC councillorship election in Ward F3 at Teslim Balogun Stadium, Surulere.
This move by Mr Tunde Balogun is unconstitutional to the extent that it runs the contrary to the provisions of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (1999 as amended) and is equally against the party principles to fly an aspirant that openly loose out to her opponent.
We hereby put the world on notice that Mr Tunde Balogun shall be held responsible for any loss of lives howsoever arising from repression of peaceful protesters in Surulere.
It’s inferable that Mr Tunde Balogun is hunted by his own ghosts, and any move from him to cause civil unrest would be melted with a strong repression from the good people of Surulere.
