Gabstep Nigeria recently held a training programme for its staff from across the South-West of Nigeria to acquaint them with the vision and mission of the company. The CEO of Gabstep Nigeria, a travel and education tourism expert, Mr. Omoegbe Stephen Oziegbe, in his speech at the training, said Nigeria can actually benefit from the current quest by many of its citizens to seek quality education and greener pasture overseas, especially in Canada, which is the forte of his company.
Mr. Stephen Oziegbe said there are enormous benefits from the current quest by Nigerians to study abroad. He said it is a good thing to see the world and learn, and that in the long run, the country would be the better for it.
Stephen noted that getting clients satisfied and properly settled in their countries of choice was the goal at Gabstep. He added that there were numerous juicy benefits for deserving staff members as they build their bases and attract more clients to the company.
He said: “Getting client visas approved is a thing of joy for us and the many successes recorded in this have spurred us to do more. So we are opening more offices in Ibadan, Abuja, Benin and Lagos and other regions to be able to reach out to more people for them to realise their potentials.”
On Nigerians trooping to foreign countries referred to as Japa Syndrome among the populace, Stephen noted that that is where the education tourism, which is the forte of his company, is and they are there to assist.

Dr. Rose Ozegbe in a lecture entitled “Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management” charged the Gabstep staff on the need to ensure robust relationship and impeccable handling of clients, saying this was very important.
Ozegbe of the Department of Banking and Finance, University of Ibadan, called on Gabstep workers to take the business as their own and key into the vision and the benefits to be able to reap the numerous benefits in the venture.
