The Pension Transitional Arrangement Directorate (PTAD) issued a reassuring statement on Monday via their official platform, emphasising their commitment to pensioners who were suspended from the monthly pension payroll due to challenges confirming their aliveness.
In the statement, PTAD assured pensioners not to panic, as they have implemented a robust system to automatically reinstate such individuals onto the payroll once their aliveness confirmation is completed.
The Directorate further pledged to expedite the payment of any skipped monthly pensions within a week of receiving the “I Am Alive Confirmation” (IAAC), ensuring that any arrears are promptly settled.
Pensioners were urged to promptly confirm their aliveness, underscoring the importance of this process.
PTAD expressed gratitude for pensioners’ understanding and encouraged them to reach out for complaint resolution by emailing [email protected] with their complaints and pertinent details.
