Nollwood actress, Akinola Yusroh, popularly known as Damiola Royal, has revealed that she would have been a fashion entrepreneur rather than an actress.
Akinola, who made this revelation in an interview also stated that she had always loved fashion business.
According to her, this love would have drawn her into the fashion business if she was not acting or in Nollywood.
She noted that her love for the entertainment industry lured her into being an actress. “Aside my love for fashion, I also love showcasing my talent in acting.
And I think the love I have for acting overwhelmed my passion for fashion business and that is why I’m in Nollywood today.”
While reacting to the question of whether she has been in a cinema movie before, the Osun State indigene said that: “I recently featured in LABAKE OLODODO as produced by Iyabo Ojo.
“Sincerely it’s all shades of amazement and I can’t wait to unveil to the whole world what we have cooked because it is hitting the cinema soon.”
She also advised new comers in the movie industry to stay focused no matter the situation, adding that: “There is always light at the end of the tunnel. It will only get better if they follow due procedure without being too much in a hurry.”
