The Allawa Educational Development Association (AEDA) has appealed to the federal, state, and local governments to provide temporary school facilities for displaced pupils and students from Allawa Community in Shiroro Local Government Area.

Chairman Malam Yahuza Garba Allawa made the plea, citing the devastating impact of insecurity on education in the area.

“Insecurity has forced children and their families to flee, disrupting their education. We urge the government to act swiftly,” Garba Allawa said.

AEDA, therefore, seeks temporary school facilities, learning materials, volunteer teachers/personnel, and essential infrastructure, amongst others for the displaced students.

“We believe Governor Bago will support our plea, ensuring Allawa’s children receive quality education despite challenges,” Garba Allawa added.

The association thanked the media for their support and coverage.
