Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq of Kwara State has extended his felicitations to President Bola Tinubu and the people of Nigeria on the country’s 64th anniversary.
In a statement released by his Chief Press Secretary (CPS), Rafiu Ajakaye, Governor Abdulrazaq specifically congratulated the people of Kwara State on this significant milestone.
“I am optimistic that this country is destined for greatness. Together, we can not only achieve the dreams of our forefathers for Nigeria but also surpass them as each of us plays our role in our respective areas,” he stated.

“However, we must recognize that nation-building is a marathon—an endeavor that requires collective efforts to succeed. I commend the President for his bold reforms and the palliatives aimed at mitigating their initial impact on the populace, including significant efforts to enhance food security and critical national infrastructure.
These efforts are being complemented at the subnational level with improvements in infrastructure, investments in human capital development, and various economic initiatives and social protection measures designed to improve the living conditions of the people.
