In order to maintain continuous delivery of good and sound education to the people, the government of Sokoto State, has vowed to deal with anyone caught vandalizing school properties in the state.
The Executive Chairman State Universal Basic Education Board, Sokoto Alh Umar Nagwari Tambuwal, stated this on Tuesday during an unscheduled visit to Marafa Danbaba Model primary school, in Sokoto South local government.
According to in the statement made available to newsmen by the public relations officer of the agency, Murtala Muhammad Danladi, the commissioner assured of taking necessary actions against those who vandalise school properties.

“The Executive Chairman pledged to provide more security and portable water as well as upgrading the school to the status of Junior secondary school very soon.
“He also noted that the board has constructed new blocks of classrooms and toilet facilities towards complementing the efforts of current administration under the leadership of Governor Ahmad Aliyu Sokoto in that direction.
“Anybody caught vandalising the school property would be made to face the wrath of law as government is doing everything possible to ensure conducive learning environment in every nooks and crannies of the state”
The Executive Chairman and his entourage were at the school with a view to assessing its real situation.
Members of the entourage during the inspection visit Include Board Members, Alh Abdulkadir Gada, to Alh Garba Sarki as well as others principals of the board.
