The Osun State chapter of the National Forum of Heads of Federal Establishments and Departments (NAFOHEADS) has elected its new executive team for the 2025-2027 term. The election took place on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, during the chapter’s monthly meeting held at the National Orientation Agency Office in Abeere, Osun State.
Following a well-organized election process, the new officers were announced as follows:
Chairman: Dr. Bamidele Olasupo, National Open University of Nigeria, Otan Study Centre
Vice Chairman: Dr. Mrs. Akinbo O.K., Nigeria Root Crop Research Institute (NRCRI)
General Secretary: Engr. Adams O.O., Raw Materials Research and Development Council (RMRDC)
Assistant General Secretary: Mrs. Ogunlola Folashade, Nigeria Postal Service (NIPOST)
Treasurer: Comr. Olatunji Olorunfemi Awokoworldwide, Nigerian Agricultural Insurance Corporation (NAIC)
Financial Secretary: Mr. Akinlabu Yisau, National Orientation Agency
Auditor: Mr. Ogidan Olatunbosun, Nigeria Export Promotion Council
Ex Officio 1: Dr. Ojo T.O., Federal Polytechnic Ede
Ex Officio 2: Mr. Orisaleye Johnson, Nigeria Integrated Water Resources Management Commission (NIWRMC)
The newly elected officials have committed to advancing the goals of NAFOHEADS, fostering collaboration among federal agencies, and addressing challenges within Osun State.
