Nigeria’s multi-talented music producer-turned-singer, Young John, has voiced his frustration over being excluded from discussions about leading Nigerian music stars dominating the African continent.
Also known the Wicked Producer, he was responsible for numerous hits for Olamide and other top artistes over the years but has now transitioned to singing to showcase his own vocal talent and creative prowess.
In his revelation, the gifted artiste lamented how his contributions to the music industry seem overshadowed by his origins as a producer.
Speaking passionately, he said, “I see how you all leave me out of conversations prolly cos I started out as a producer. Continue! Time will tell!”

The producer-turned-singer, rumored to be in a relationship with Davido’s cousin, has steadily released music that showcases his versatility and knack for creating hits.

“I realised I’m being left out of the conversation because I started out as a producer,” he said. “But time will tell who the biggest artiste is.”
