Nationnewslead reports that Owaloko of Iloko-Ijesa, HRM Oba Dr. Akeem Olusayo Ogungbangbe, has paid glowing tributes to the Apetumodu of Ipetumodu, Latimogun I and the Apetumodu of Ipetumodu Kingdom, HRM Oba (Prof.) Joseph Olugbenga Oluwafunminiyi Oloyede, in Ife North Local Government Area of the State, as the former turned 60 on the throne.
Owaloko noted that Ipetumodu has remained peaceful and investor-friendly since Oba Olugbenga Oloyede ascended the ancient throne of his forefathers.
He said that HRM Oba (Prof.) Joseph Olugbenga Oluwafunminiyi Oloyede’s reign has immensely benefited the people of Ipetumodu Kingdom, Osun State and indeed the nation, adding: “Of remarkable note is your royal carriage which is visible in the exemplary manner you have discharged your duties and have remained a source of pride and splendour to the traditional institution.
Owaloko stressed that as a custodian of culture and tradition, the Apetumodu has played significant roles in the promotion of harmony, socio-cultural cooperation, communal living and peaceful co-existence among the Ipetumodu Kingdom and its neighbours. Continue Reading
