Nationnewslead reports that The National Universities Commission (NUC) has approved Bachelor Degree in Radiography and Radiation Science for Osun State University (UNIOSUN).
With the approval, UNIOSUN becomes the first state university in the Southwest to run BSc in Radiography and Radiation Science.
A statement yesterday by the spokesman for the institution, Mr Ademola Adesoji, said in a letter signed by the Director of Academic Planning, Dr. N. B. Salihu, on behalf of the Executive Secretary of the NUC, the Executive Secretary of NUC, Prof. Abubakar Rasheed, considered and approved the establishment of the full-time mode of nine new programmes effective from 2020/2021 academic session.
“The programme approved for undergraduate and postgraduate are PhD Biochemistry, B. A. Christian Religious Studies, B.Ed Educational Technology, PhD History and International Studies, BSc. Human Nutrition and Dietetics, BMLS Medical Laboratory Science, BSc. Pharmacology, BSc. Radiography and Radiation Sciences and PhD Urban and Regional Planning.”
