Orji Uzor Kalu, the former Governor of Abia State, has expressed his firm belief that President Bola Tinubu will emerge victorious in the 2027 presidential election in Abia.
This assertion was made during a meeting with Abia APC stakeholders, which Kalu hosted at his Abuja residence on Friday.

In his address, Kalu reaffirmed his commitment to revitalizing and strengthening the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Abia.
He highlighted the importance of fostering unity and better organization within the party, urging members to put aside past differences for the sake of collective success in the upcoming elections.
“There is no faction in APC, am committed to rebuilding the party and ensuring its unity in Abia State to help President Bola Tinubu realize his Renewed Hope agenda for the benefit of all Nigerians,” Kalu stated.
He stressed that for the APC to succeed in 2027, unity must prevail, and any divisions must be resolved. Kalu called on members to forgive each other and focus on the larger goal of supporting President Tinubu’s vision for Nigeria.
“I won’t let President Bola Tinubu lose Abia again. I won’t be around for that to happen. So, we must unite and forgive past wrongs. If I have offended anyone, please forgive me. Let’s work together to strengthen this party,” he concluded.
Kalu’s message reinforced his leadership role, emphasizing the necessity for unity and reconciliation as the APC prepares for the 2027 election. His call for cooperation and forgiveness underscores his determination to ensure the party’s success under President Tinubu’s leadership.
