The House Of Representatives’ aspirant, Hon. Thomas Olaleye Ogungbangbe is the winner of the All Progressives Congress (APC) primary election for Oriade/Obokun Federal Constituency as he won Obokun Local Government with over 8000 votes.
Dr. Thomas recorded over 8000 votes to emerge the winner in Obokun local government primary election which had him and four contestants.
With the victory in Obokun Local Government, Hon. Thomas is the winner of the Oriade/Obokun Federal Constituency.
The election was monitored by officials from the party
Speaking to newsmen, Obokun party loyalists said he won the Obokun local government primary because of the trust and belief his constituents has in him.
He added that his victory is a proof of his acceptance by his constituent.
While appealing for the support of his constituents, the party loyalists expressed confidence that he would win in the main election to attract dividends of democracy to the Oriade/Obokun Federal Constituency. Continue Reading
