A support group of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, BAT Ambassadors for Nigeria’s Greatness (BANG), has called on Nigerians to continue to pray and show understanding for the programmes and policies of the Federal Government, assuring that the pains the citizens were experiencing currently would ease soon and a great Nigeria would emerge.
The group made the appeal at the weekend in a press statement signed by its National Coordinator, Chief Jamiu Ekungba, copy of which was made available to newsmen at the end of a Strategic Meeting held in Lagos by its national leadership and the State Coordinators.
It noted that President Tinubu is making efforts “to steer the ship of the Nigerian state from a total collapse to the right direction.”

The support group, while acknowledging the pains that had resulted from the president’s well intentioned efforts, reiterated that Nigerians should always remember the leadership of the country in prayers for God’s guidance and grace, in accordance with the teachings of the two great religions- Islam and Christianity.
“We also acknowledge the pains that have resulted from the president’s well intentioned efforts.
“BAT Ambassadors believe as Allah assures us in the Quran chapter 94 v5 that after pain comes ease.
“We therefore urge the nation to be hopeful, prayerful and be patient with the president to bring ease to the nation expeditiously.
“We equally request Nigerians to always remember the leadership of the country in prayers for God’s guidance and grace, in accordance with the teachings of the two great religions- Islam and Christianity- that we profess,” the Tinubu support group admonished.
Ekungba said the Strategic Meeting featured reports from State Coordinators on how they were canvassing support for the programmes and policies of the Federal Government and clearing areas of doubts in the minds of the populace.
He equally disclosed that two paper presentations were made on “Scanning the Political Environment & The Strategic Way Forward ” and “Dynamics & Dialectics of Social Media” by Professor Mojeed Alabi and Barrister Y.K.O. Kareem respectively.
