A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja and presided over by Justice Emeka Nwite has rescheduled the hearing of the bail application of a whistleblower Isaac Bristol (PIDOM) to September 17, 2024.
This comes after his initial hearing, set for today, September 11, 2024, was postponed.

Bristol, represented by lawyer Deji Adeyanju, faces trial for alleged terrorism, money laundering, cybercrime, and unauthorized access to classified documents.
The charges stem from his arrest on August 5, 2024, in Rivers, with police accusing him of undermining government operations.
Additional allegations include unlawful possession, leakage of classified documents, and cyber-related offenses.
Journalist David Hundeyin and Michael Alade have both been named as accomplices.
