Former Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika, along with his daughter and two others, have been granted ₦100 million bail each by a Federal High Court in Abuja.
They are facing trial over an alleged ₦2.7 billion fraud.
The court stipulated that the defendants must provide two sureties each, who must possess landed properties in Abuja and be responsible citizens.

Additionally, the sureties are required to depose to an affidavit of means. The court also imposed travel restrictions on the defendants, barring them from traveling abroad without prior permission.
Justice Oriji ordered that should the defendants fail to meet their bail conditions, they would be remanded in prison custody.
The sureties are mandated to own landed properties within the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) with valid titles. The trial is scheduled to commence on the 10th, 11th, and 20th of June.
