The ancient town of Ijemba Jesa Kingdom is set to witness a momentous occasion on Thursday, February 29th, as Prince Adewale Oluwabukunmi Adeleke Sunday from the Bilaro Oluodo ruling house emerges victorious and prepares to be installed as the newly elected Ajemba of Ijemba. The installation ceremony, steeped in tradition and history, will be presided over by High Chief Matthew Ogini, the Risa of Ijemba Kingdom, alongside other prominent kingmakers.
HRM Oba Adewale Oluwabukunmi Adeleke Sunday, a graduate of History from the University of Ilorin, will ascend to the throne amid dignitaries and special guests, including former Director General of NEMA, Chief Barrister Remilekun Olowu, Deputy Commandant Adeoti (RTD), Senior Barrister Ogini, leader of the Ijemba Elite Club, Dr. Olusegun Ojo, Head of Adewale family Prince Victor Olusanya Adewale, Princess Aderike Sola Dare, Barrister Francis Adewale, Prince Babatunde Adewale, Prince Mayowa Adewale, Head of Fowowe Family Prince Rotimi Fowowe, Princess Adenike Meyadenu, Prince Adewale Chris, Honorable Sanya Omirin representing Ijesa South Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, and esteemed members of the Fowowe/Adewale family under the Bilaro Oluodo ruling house.
