Afrobeat sensations Davido and Lojay have achieved international acclaim as their collaborative efforts with American R&B star, Chris Brown, have topped the charts on Billboard.
Davido and Lojay have been recognised on the Billboard Honour Roll.
It celebrates chart-topping records across R&B and Hip Hop charts from August 1, 2023, to July 31, 2024.
Davido’s feature on Chris Brown’s Sensational peaked at Number 1 on the Adult R&B Airplay Chart. This earned him a spot on the prestigious list. Meanwhile, this is not the first time the two artists have collaborated. They have formed a successful duo with multiple hits, including Hmm off Chris Brown’s 11th album 11:11.
Additionally, Chris Brown has become a key player in the Afrobeats scene, collaborating with Nigerian stars on several notable projects. His feature on Lojay’s remix of Monalisa propelled the song to commercial success, further solidifying his influence in the genre.
