I love rice so much that I eat it every day. However, I read somewhere that eating rice every day is not good for one’s health. Kindly advise me.

A lot of people especially the Asians eat rice almost every day. The only changes in the diet are the sauce and other ingredients that go into cooking the rice. Many people like eating rice on a regular basis because it is easily available and easy to cook. It is seen as a staple grain to accompany different meat and vegetable dishes. In addition, rice is versatile and filling, providing a satisfying meal especially when mixed with different spices, vegetables and proteins filled side meals. Once this is done, a daily rice meal is not harmful to the health.
