Manchester United on Thursday issued injury updates on some of their players ahead of Saturday’s Premier League clash against Tottenham Hotspur.
According to a statement posted on the club’s website, Cristiano Ronaldo has been working separately from the rest of the squad, as he looks to regain full fitness following a hip problem.

Ronaldo was missing as United lost 4-1 at Manchester City last weekend.
The club also gave updates on Luke Shaw and Raphael Varane.
It read, “Raphael Varane has returned to training after contracting Covid-19 but Cristiano Ronaldo has been working separately as he looks to regain full fitness following a hip problem.
“Luke Shaw missed the Manchester City game, after also testing positive for the virus, with Alex Telles operating at left-back at the Etihad Stadium.
“There are hopes Edinson Cavani could make his first appearance since the 1-1 draw at Burnley last month. The South American striker scored in the corresponding fixture with Spurs, a 3-0 victory in late October.” Continue Reading
