The immediate past Chairman of Oriade Local Government, Hon. Olubunmi Ezekiel Obeisun, extends warm wishes to Muslim believers across the Federal constituency and Osun State as they celebrate Eid-El-Kabir.
Hon. Obeisun, a prominent All Progressive Congress (APC) stakeholder in the Ijesa North Federal Constituency, used the occasion to call for unity among party members. In a press statement issued through his media aide, he urged party loyalists to support the national leader, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and the immediate past Governor, His Excellency Isiaka Adegboye Oyetola, in their prayers, hoping that their good wishes for the country come to fruition.
“Let us come together in unity and pray for the success of our leaders,” Obeisun stated. “Our collective efforts and prayers will help ensure that the positive aspirations they have for our nation are realized.”
Hon. Obeisun also appealed to the people of the Ijesa North Federal Constituency to maintain peace and avoid any actions that could lead to conflict during the Eid-El-Kabir celebrations.
He further conveyed a message of hope to APC loyalists, encouraging them to remain optimistic for a better 2026. Criticizing the current government, he remarked, “The government of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in our state has been a show of shame, as evidenced by their poor performance. We must stay hopeful and work towards a brighter future.”
As the community comes together to celebrate Eid-El-Kabir, Obeisun’s message emphasizes unity, prayer, and hope for a better governance and future for Osun State and Nigeria at large.
