The Executive Chairman of the Federal Character Commission, FCC, Mrs Muheeba Dankaka, on Wednesday finally appeared before the House of Representatives Ad-hoc Committee probing employment racketeering in the Federal Ministries, Departments and Agencies MDAs and gross mismanagement of the Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System sitting in Abuja as directed the Committee.
The Chairman was to appear before the Committee on Tuesday but sent a team of Commissioners led by Mr Armayau Abubakar, the Taraba State Commissioner, to represent her under the pretext that she was indisposed and had to be attended to by her doctors.
However she appeared before the Committee with a medical report and apologized for her absence
The Committee then admitted oath on her along with other Commissioners
