Los Angeles-based gospel singer and worship leader, Ponmile Eldorado, is spreading the faith with her new single “High Praise Tungba Fiesta” (HPTF), which will be dropped today.
Speaking about what inspired the new track, Eldorado noted that she draws inspiration from her faith journey and the challenges she has overcome.
“Even when I almost gave up on myself, God didn’t give up on me. When I took myself down memory lane and took stock of my life, despite all the life challenges that have been thrown at me, I am standing. Sometimes I ask myself “Ponmile how did you overcome this ?” I don’t even have an answer. But one thing I did even when I could not pray in the valley was never to stop praising and worshiping Yahweh,” she says, referencing the Bible verse 2 Timothy 2:13.
According to her, HPTF is a song that encourages listeners to praise God through their problems and life challenges, believing that miracles and victories will follow. Eldorado also noted that praise never fails!
The gospel minister had previously released music including “Emi Mimo,” “Praize Jamz,” “Orin Ope,” “I Remember,” and “Nigeria,” all available on major music platforms.
Looking ahead, Eldorado expressed hope to collaborate with both Nigerian and international gospel singers. Her dream collaborations in Nigeria include Nathaniel Bassey, Dunsi Oyekan, Mercy Chinwo, Bidemi Olaoba, and Yinka Alaseyori, while in the US, she hopes to work with Tye Tribbett.
