The Special Assistant to Governor Udom Emmanuel on media, Rev. Richard Peters has re-echoed the Governor’s commitment to delivering on his completion agenda.
He stated this on Monday, July 18, 2022, while responding to questions during an interactive programme on Inspiration FM.
Rev. Peters who noted that despite criticisms and falsehood peddled by some sections of the media against the Governor, the State Chief Executive is still very keen about delivering on his promises to Akwa Ibom people.
Frowning at the use of the media for the propagation of falsehood and propaganda, the Aide stressed that the Governor is however not deterred by such distractions and will keep up with the execution of projects a across the length and breadth of the State.
The Governor’s Assistant further observed that those responsible for such acts are dazed by the Governor’s performance against their expectations.
He further urged people of the State to be patient with the Governor whom he said is working in collaboration with maintenance agencies to ensure that all projects are completed and left in good condition before his administration is completed.
He also admonished citizens to desist from using the cloak of freedom of expression to spin falsehood against those at the helm of authority. Continue Reading
