The Convener of the group Hon.Idowu Imoleayo who released a statement via the group Publicity Secretary Amb. Onojeta Ilerioluwa in Abeokuta condemned the attack in strong term, describing as a politically motivated issues that as been threatening the peace loving people of Ogun State by group of thugs led by one Alowonle in connivance with Police officers who were paid with task money in their duty to protect life’s and properties of Nigeria citizens.
The group further stated that, we believed that the sacrifices of End Sarspl should have put end to Police brutality and oppression against the display of what was seen in the CCTV by men of Police Service end to Police brutality and oppression Commission.
We also say it clearly for the purpose of record that this is the second time such deadly occurrence which is threatening the life and properties of our Principal Amb.Olufemi Ajadi Oguntoyinbo will be done by these political motivated thugs.
Furthermore , the group have called the attention of Nigeria Police Force to launch a massive investigation alongside other appropriate security agencies in order to follow due process in discharging their duty rather than submerge the fatal incident of the attack that destroyed properties to the tunes of millions of naira.
