Britester Events and Projects Management has announced the launch of the “Gold In Nigeria” project to curb the menace of Japa syndrome, a term used to describe the mass emigration of Nigerians to foreign countries.
The project aims to combat brain drain and emigration of valuable human assets and talents from Nigeria by creating a supportive ecosystem to harness talents and encourage capable hands to stay in the country.
The initiative will provide access to:
– Mentorship programmes
– Collaborative opportunities
– Investment and funding
– Industry-specific training and development
The convener, Adeoluwa Bamigboye, emphasized the need to address emigration, which denies Nigeria the service of capable hands.
The project seeks to empower youths to take charge of their careers, providing necessary resources and support to reverse the trend of emigration and build a brighter future for Nigeria.
