A Non-Governmental Organisation, IA-Foundation has given the Owners of Suru Worldwide Ventures Nigeria Limited, Halden McCall Corporate Social Investor of the year Award.
This Award was presented at the Foundation’s Annual Charity Event Lagos themed: Panacea To A Menace’ on Saturday.
While expressing his heartfelt greetings to the Foundation, The General Managing Director of the company, Dr Edward Akinlade said they share in the vision of IA-Foundation as a company for taking upon itself the task of tackling the menace of out-of-school children in the country.
Dr Edward stated that the better it is for the Nigerian society as efforts are geared and all hands on deck towards reducing the number of out-of-school children.
He explained that its consequent social atrocities are reduced to the barest minimum; Hence, a desirable country.
“We share in the vision of IA-Foundation as a company for taking upon itself to tackle the menace of out-of-school children.
“As a company, we know that the more we reduce the number of these children on the street the better it is for our society.
“Social atrocities are reduced to the barest minimum if we jointly address,” he said.
