‘Something that is loved is never lost’.

This saying by Toni Morrison best described the feeling that came with the shocking news of the death of popular socialite and mother of the Oyo State Speaker, Debo Ogundoyin, Yeye Tina Ogundoyin.

The Queen of Sheba as she was nicknamed passed away some days ago and the grief hangs over the social space like a dark cloud.

The businesswoman was one of the widows of late billionaire, Chief Adeseun Ogundoyin, who died in 1991.

Mrs Ogundoyin’s surprised 60th birthday party at Golden Tulip, Ibadan was filled with memories where she recalled moments with her late husband, life without him and how God blessed her with good children that made up for their father’s absence in her life.

The beautiful and stylish woman was a friend to many, who painted her personality as a warm and ever cheerful person that lived her life to impact the lives of others.
