…..Urge Gov Oyetola to intervene in Ife South Constituency House Assembly Primary Election
Ife South APC Youth on Sunday 29th, May 2022 stage a protest over the act of Commissioner for Education, Hon Folorunsho Bamisaye and Co who write another result in favor of unpopular candidate named as Mr Najeem Oyewumi ahead Hon Wasiu Ojewande A.K.A Atowo Atomo who won Four wards out of Six wards where election was heard.
When speaking to the newsmen at the protest, Mr Sheriff Adefowodu, described the act of some leaders of the town as Callous and wicked act that can caused more damage to the town and the party (APC) if overlooked.
He said that the party faithful in 4 wards out of 6 wards where election was held voted massively for Atowo Atomo but surprisingly some leaders of the party in Ifetedo write another result to impose the person that scored least at primary election ahead of the winner of the Primary Election which is Atowo Atomo, these act by the leaders of the town can caused more harm than good to the party in the forthcoming elections if it’s not properly treated.
He urged Governor Gboyega Oyetola to the call the leaders of party in Ifetedo to order and announced the rightful winner in the just concluded election in order not to affect the party in forthcoming elections. Continue Reading
